- Ministry of Health and Wellness played a significant part in helping the Church form BOCAIP. The partnerships started in 1996 when BOCAIP was formed. It supports BOCAIP in the following projects:
- Training for HTS Counselors on Routine testing and Counselling, Couple Testing and Counselling and Supervision
- Supplying BOCAIP with HIV Test kits and its accessories
- Technical monitoring of BOCAIP Laboratories

- LEO SCHACHTER Diamond Polishing Company supports Bana Ba Keletso OVC project in Molepolole
- Kentucky Fried Chicken supports Bana Ba Keletso OVC Project in Molepolole with groceries each month
- American Embassy supports BOCAIP through construction of sites in Tsabong and Gumare and Porta Cabin for office space in Francistown
- Embassy of Japan in Botswana supports BOCAIP through a construction of Counselling center in Masunga
- Embassy of France in Botswana supported BOCAIP through supporting the OVC Project in Motse Wa Tsholofelo
- Donated Books to BOCAIP Ramotswa for the Youth Centre Project
- Peace Corp Botswana supports BOCAIP through Volunteers who provide technical support
- Botswana Defense Force donates to BOCAIP Kanye and Tsabong
- Botswana Telecommunication (BTC) donated telephone accessories and usage to BOCAIP Francistown.
- Rotary Club donates to BOCAIP through construction of Motse Wa Tsholofelo and purchasing of a mini bus and construction of Serule Project
- First National Bank donated a combi to BOCAIP Bana Ba Keletso Project in Molepolole and Ford Ranger in Masunga
- Family of God donated funds to Bana Ba Keletso OVC Project
- ECG Church donated funds to Bana Ba Keletso OVC Project
- UNICEF supported the OVC Projects
- Primsion Management Services supported the Capacity Building Project
- WUSC supported BOCAIP through placement of Volunteers who provided technical support to BOCAIP and strengthened its organisational capacity.
