The interested suppliers should submit the following:
- Cover Letter detailing the type of service/products the company is applying for.
- Company Profile with company physical address and contact details.
- Bank details and their signatories
- Certified copy of trading License
- 1-page CVs of key staff and certified copies of qualification
- Certificate of incorporation (CIPA)
- Trade licenses
- Certified Copies of Directors identity documents
- Tax Clearance Certificate
- A minimum of two related references
- Contact details of key staff
